TDC at the 2024 EU Gender Equality Forum

The Diplomat’s Cabinet took part in the Gender Equality Forum 2024, hosted by the European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE), in Brussels on December 10–11.

Held under the theme of accelerating progress toward gender equality, the Forum brought together policy-makers, activists, researchers, and youth participants from across Europe for two days of future-focused dialogue.

As part of the official programme, The Diplomat’s Cabinet joined voices from around the continent to reflect on structural barriers, political backlash, and how Europe can build more resilient, inclusive systems of power.

In the lead-up to the Forum, TDC is also engaged in several pre-event activities, including consultations, recorded statements, and contributions to the youth-focused narrative of the event.

Organised at a crucial time for Europe, the Gender Equality Forum 2024 aimed not just to assess progress, but to sharpen the vision for what comes next.
